I grew up in Wash, DC in a family of 9 children. Married a Navy guy, been together for 22 years. We have four children, three girls, one boy ages 18, 16, 12, and 10. They are the love of my life. We have lived in Virginia Beach, VA: Jacksonville, FL: Rota, Spain: back to VA: Danville, IL: and now in Vancouver, WA. It has been an exciting time, but now that my hubby will retire from the Navy in OCT (scarey) we will be moving again (don't know where). My 38 year old Down Syndrome sister lives with us too. I am her legal guardian. I am a Navy Ombudsman, love to read, love English history, love to travel, love movies. And I really, really love my beanie baby bears!! I have had a lot of fun collecting them, and have just started to meet people. I really love having people to write to. So, if anyone wants to start a friendship with me, I would love it!
